Professionally...
I have been the Executive Director of Postpartum Support International of WA (Now Perinatal Support Washington, www.perinatalsupport.org), and currently serve with them leading workshops for health care providers regarding best practices for working with perinatal mood disorders in their practices. I served as the Washington State Coordinator for the international PSI www.postpartum.net from 2002-2015. Prior to becoming a therapist, I was a postpartum doula and lactation educator. I offer trainings about perinatal mood disorders to both parenting groups and health care providers.

I offer a variety of psychotherapeutic approaches, tailored to meet each client’s unique individual and family needs. I offer individual, couples and family therapy using a wide range of techniques and treatment methods from an eclectic therapeutic perspective such as but not limited to:
